A 2015 experiment by Hanson and Delft colleagues provided further confirmation that the quantum world violates Bell inequalities, being first test to close two known experimental loopholes simultaneously. The was also taken provide new evidence of 'spooky action at a distance'. Here we argue for caution about latter claim. relies on entanglement swapping, our main claim is this geometry introduces an additional loophole in argument from violation inequalities distance: apparent distance may be artifact 'collider bias'. In absence retrocausality, sensitivity such experiments 'Collider Loophole' (CL) depends temporal relation between swapping measurement C measurements B which seek infer causal connection.
